Byram has began cheaply making their bags and I had one blow out after the next in a 2 week period, 4 bags in total. I placed a bag order days prior but byram had no record of it. Expedited order takes 24-48 hours. My PCP had no supply. I had no bags and no bag on my body. I called wound care (not having been a patient) and was directed to Brittney. Brittney left me a supply of bags at reception and made me an appointment to see her on my day off so I could be her patient in the future. I was ready to cry because without my bags I can't function. Thank you Brittney!!!

I have been going for twice weekly infusion for two years They our like family to me. They are incredible. They care and go above and beyond to make sure your Infusion is comfortable. They check in with you regarding Doctor appointments and several times they have given me great advice and questions to bring up with my Doctor From Kendra at the front desk to the CNA's and all the nurses they our Rockstars.

Extremely sweet and wonderful staff. I go in once or twice a week and they always offer me water, or warm blankets and pillows to make comfortable. Getting infusions is never fun, but I appreciate how they try to make you comfortable as possible. I wholeheartedly recommended them.
