They take such great care to make sure you're well-informed and prepared and that everything "goes" smoothly. lol

everybody was very nice. I only have one complaint. my medical records were not reviewed. before my procedure. the reason I know they weren't. I have IBS C. basically irritable bowels with constipation..... I'm having a colonoscopy if you have constipation. you have to take a special prep.... they just sent me the standard prep.... so I get to drink a gallon of laxative and some other junk again. they should be required to buy me lunch at the cafeteria.....
