About Salem Clinic

Salem Clinic is a one-stop-shop for quality medical care, praised for its attentive and intuitive doctors. Patients appreciate the seamless communication and immediate attention they receive, with no miscommunications or need for follow-up appointments. The OB/surgery department also receives positive feedback for its helpful and niceness. Overall, patients are extremely satisfied with the care they receive at Salem Clinic. Patients mention an amazing team of doctors, and some find their primary care physician caring and competent. The My Chart portal allows for communication and rapid response. Twenty years ago, or so, I often drove my mother to appointments at Salem Clinic. I know she liked the place - a good sign. I've been coming here for 40+ years and was told once I established with a new Dr. If things didn't work out they could change me to another Female provider. I had my phone on speaker phone with MANY family members listening to this. Yet they call this a misunderstanding and refuse to let me see another provider. Not Ok and I feel like they are trying to force me out of here. Why should I leave and why can't I see another provider?
