If there is a zero star, I would totally give them that. Called 4 times, in the span of 3 wks to get my receptacles delivered, nothing. They keep saying it has been delivered by not getting any. The rep on the phone is very nice and tried to be helpful but thing are just not getting done. I am still waiting on my recycle bin as I type this thing.
I’ve called this company 5 times now telling them they’ve missed my garbage for 4 weeks in a row at this point. If this wasn’t a monopoly I would have cancelled service 2 weeks ago. The customer service people I spoke to on the phone are rude and not helpful. I’ve paid for an entire month that my trash hasn’t been picked up at all. Terrible company. I wish I could give them less than one star.
Always skip pickups probably because my apartment has 5 bins they just don’t want to deal with. I’ve seen them drive right by and ignore us. They also pickup trash at 5:20 in the morning!!!
