Computer stop displaying on monitor and they did a great job fixing it. It even runs better than it did before! On top of that they organized the all the cords doing an awesome job!! couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you guys!
Excellent customer service! Came in today to just get have my diagnosis verified, and they helped out no charge. Wasn’t planning on having work done, but the price was reasonable for my time.
Reboot was the only place I could find open on a Sunday to help me out with a twisty, frustrating BSOD issue. They were able to help me locate the issue so that I could get my system back up and running.My one issue would be that I was patiently expecting a call or text when my diagnostic was complete, but it never came. I finally called after another day, finding out it was just sitting there waiting.I'm not sure what wires got crossed there, but hopefully, it's not a common occurrence. Beyond that, they did good work.
