Kind,friendly understanding lady in the front of the shop... Can't wait to see how this service turns out.!! So I got my laptop back $85 for that and they solved my virus protection problem...and my laptop screen is cracking at the hinge area..$125 to solved that,but I do wish it was cheaper. But they were better than many places who I've dealt with recently llll Recently there been a small snafu..so I didn't get my laptop on Monday, I'm so glad I didn't need it for work. Normally that is a work day for me,but..I was lucky this time!! Can't wait to see to end results...and for now I'm gonna give them 4) days during my repair cycle,... read full review
Dropped off a tablet around 5pm on Saturday. It's now end of day Sunday and I haven't received a response yet. I tried calling for an hour and no one responded. No option for voicemail and the phone system seems broken. I'll try again, but this is my initial experience. I'll update based on next experience.
Computer stop displaying on monitor and they did a great job fixing it. It even runs better than it did before! On top of that they organized the all the cords doing an awesome job!! couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you guys!
