We just finished a deck and pool project in Cannon Beach with Quaid as general contractor. What matters most to us is quality work and straight-up dealings. Quaid was a great partner both ways. Our job came in under budget even with the scope slightly expanded. Quaid did what he said he would do on time and with integrity. He was helpful working through the few problems and on-the-spot decisions we needed to make. Everybody is a "friend" at the start of a project but Quaid is a friend after the project is completed.
Q&R Construction Services recently finished remodeling the interior of our home, including the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, flooring and walls throughout and more. Our timeline was incredibly tight and they finished the huge project ON TIME and UNDER BUDGET! The quality of the work is superb. Quaid was an advocate for our wants and needs as he worked with his subcontractors. He has an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. For example, we ordered a custom kitchen range hood cover online. When it arrived, we realized that it didn't fit the hood vent insert that we had purchased. Quaid drove the hood cover to a local appliance store himself and sorted through dozens of models until finding an insert that would work. This is one of many examples of his team's commitment to their customers. We couldn't be happier with the results of their work and would happily call Q&R for any construction / renovation needs in our future.
