We contacted Pence NW for a bid on a few smaller jobs as well as a large fascia replacement job for our warehouse. Brent, the owner, and his office manager, Sierra, immediately met with us to assess all of the jobs and discuss options. Brent is extremely knowledgable about commercial/industrial properties and lent suggestions for both aesthetic and structural improvements as we walked the property. Still being fairly new to the commercial side of real estate, finding the right contractors for commercial jobs can be difficult, to say the least. We cannot say enough good things about PenceNW. After a tree fell on our home we needed to move out for some time and had to rely on a contractor who could handle all phases of the project. We contacted PenceNW and did not look back. In fact, the only issues we had were with our mortgage company – PenceNW stayed with the project and created a home that we frankly cannot get over how nice it is and wonderful to live in.PenceNW went beyond just doing the job.
