    Sobbing right now because of the experience I am saving with this place. Struggling with major health difficulties and limited income.SPECIFICALLY asked to schedule exe exam for glasses and contacts.Was reassured the doctor would do both at the same time. Had to wait 6 weeks to get in. Called week to double check if there would be an additional charge for contact exam. Told NO, but during actual appointment told I could not get the contact exam until paying $105 additional. I was not rude, but I begged them repeatedly to please take the measurements (like they’d promised) for the contact exam, so I could get the prescription as soon as I had the money.     I wish I could give it 0 stars. I went to LOOK at frames, not necessarily to buy. I had to check in before I was allowed to look. The line was a 20 min wait. I asked why one had to check in just to look. She said for security and safety of the employees. Once I checked in there were 0 people looking at glasses. I asked the 1 employee for help looking for a particular frame. She said you'll have to look for yourself, I don't exactly know what we have. After looking for 30 min while she sat at her desk, I asked her the price of a pair of glasses,. The slashes were $350.00. I asked for just distance, no bifocal, not sunglasses, and she said they were $920.00! ... read full review

    Kristen, the manager of the Optic department at the Liberty street location, is nothing short of amazing!! She took the time to listen to my needs, picked multiple pairs for me to try on, worked patiently with me while I debated between 2 pair, made adjustments to both of them so I could truly feel how each pair would be and did it all with a smile! She exemplifies what Customer Service should be! I will be a customer for life!!
