Nick Ketcham - Mortgage Advisor and his team provide an excellent, highly recommended service. They are super helpful, go above and beyond, and are excellent communicators who quickly ease uncertainties. They show genuine interest in helping clients head in the right direction, ensuring it is the best experience possible even for first-time buyers. The team lays out the entire process clearly, providing a better understanding and helpful resources for each particular situation. They are great for all home loan needs, making the potentially scary process of buying a home much easier.
I called to gather some information and Nick really showed genuine interest in not just supplying information but helping me head in the right direction even if he wasn't going to be the one to assist me. The conversation ended with me having more than I could have asked for and now I have a way better understanding on top of resources that will help with my particular situation. 10/10 recommend!! Nick and his team are the best! They go above and beyond and I have already referred him to several of my friends/family. Buying a home can be scary, but Nick made sure it was the best experience possible. Highly recommended for anyone that is purchasing.
