100% recommend Nails by Design. I had the BEST experience. I am disabled and cannot move my left arm so unfortunately I’ve had a lot of horrible experiences at nail salons. It’s happened enough times that I don’t like trying new places because I’m afraid that I will be treated poorly. I called and spoke with Nay before my appointment to let her know that I am disabled so they would not be surprised when I showed up. She was extremely nice and reassured me that it would not be a problem. I had a pedicure with Wendy first and she was very accommodating and sweet. Then I had a manicure with Tommy. Edit (2): every time I come here I have such a great experience! This evening Leynie did my manicure (acrylic). I can tell she’s very experienced in what she does and she paid great attention to detail doing exactly what I asked for. I’m adding a photo of her work (French tip). Tammy did my pedicure and as usual she made my nails look great and also gave a great massage which I really needed after working such long hours this week! I’ve seen a couple negative reviews and just want to point out that if you come in with a bad attitude you’re probably not going to be happy regardless because you’re already in a negative mindset.
