They put a roof on my house about 15 years ago. We had a small leak around our skylight, our fault for not cleaning the moss. They sent someone right away and he cleared the moss and resealed around the skylight. Didn’t charge us, my wife cried she was so relieved. We were expecting a large bill for a big repair.
