I've had a great experience at Milan. I'm a travel nurse, so this is perfect knowing that I'm good for life and have a wide range of options as to where I can be treated since I travel often.While it is on the pricey side, you're covered for life and essentially you'd spend a lot more going to a salon or medspa in the long run.Advanced practice nurses treat you, so they're able to assess and go above and beyond would a laser tech or even an RN could do. Take some Tylenol before hand though because it can get intense if you have thicker hair.All the staff in the office are very accommodating, easy to talk to, and understanding. The staff at Milan are very professional, helpful and kind. They made it easy to talk about something that is usually really embarrassing for me. The laser hair removal has been effective. I've done 6 treatments so far and I see very little new growth in the treated areas now. I saw a reduction in hair after the first treatment. It has been so nice to not have all that unwanted hair to worry about! I wish I would've looked into laser removal sooner.
