Alen was very helpful and such a nice guy. We were trying to find information on a 12 year old hot tub and he found the exact hot tub purchased for our house in 2014, and was able to get all the parts for us right there in the warehouse. Thank you Alen! We will be back.

The guy there needs help. He is so polite, calm, attentive, helpful, and knows what he is talking about. But when you have 4 or 5 customers interested in purchasing with a ton of questions and 2 or 3 people there to pick up parts, chemicals, or other items, you need another person to help on weekends. Seems like a great job for a high schooler actually.
