Super relaxed atmosphere. we never felt pressured once to buy. There were a couple other customers in the parking lot waiting to shop and even so we were never rushed or pressured. Alan was so informed and worked with us to find the perfect tub for our personal needs. My husband is 6'6 so being able to get into empty tubs was crucial. We finally decided on the the vector 21 series 94l. Can't wait to have it delivered and set up.
