I highly recommend Kate as a health coach. I have been meeting with Kate for nearly a year now. I appreciate how Kate's focus is on you as a whole person while also helping you to achieve your goals. For me, I needed to start eating healthier and actually exercising on a regular basis. Kate's friendly nature and ability to work within the constraints that I have for myself have worked well for me. I have been able to meet my goals in ways which have been sustainable over the last year and I am confident that they will continue to be sustainable.
I had a wonderful experience! I suffer from anxiety with new places/people, but I really wanted a prenatal massage and Kate exceeded my expectations while making me feel very comfortable and safe! Can’t wait to get another massage from her. Highly recommend!
Kate is an amazing massage therapist! Not only in technique, but in her overall ability to listen to our concerns while at the same using her intuition to find the connecting issue. I am thrilled to have found her.
