Wow, great service and good price. I needed a house lock changed. Figured it would be days based on vendors these days. Called, got a call right back, they were on-site with the new lock in 2 hours - and boom! all done. Tech was awesome.
Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. If you need any locksmith work done, definitely hit up J&L Pacific.

Tristan was my service technician, he did an amazing job and was quick about it as well. Seemed very experienced and had a very friendly attitude. I had already dealt with a previous poor customer service business before them and using J and L was a night and day difference. They quoted me first, called me to inform of a possible delay, recalled after several missed calls and still had a great attitude. This company exemplified customer service and I will be using them again and recommending them to others.
