They take time to evaluate needs, share photos, detailed estimates, and options before starting work, explaining everything so customers understand. The team is polite, answers questions, and offers great advice. Service is kind and quick, with clear recommendations and delightful results. Anyone from Henco Plumbing is always polite and explains the situation clearly. The team is awesome.

Henco pricing is astronomical! They do not charge by the hour but by job type. That means the same price regardless if the job is one or ten hours. Great for the big job, not so great for the simple repair like we had. $1200.00 for an hour's work is unacceptable. If we hadn't been in a bind, we would have used someone else but once they get there and tell you the price, what are you going to do, go a few more days without water? Office peeps were not helpful, sorry that's the process, end of story. also heard from the office that the owner loves in Florida and they didn't have anyway to communicate with him.
