Stylist " Lila " who is also the manager, is very nice, listens to what I want and gives amazing fades, which is hard to find. I have been going to see her in South Salem for a while because of her professional manner, and great haircuts every time. They also have great sale prices on their products.

Finding a good person to cut your kid’s hair is extremely difficult. I had the best experience today with Lila. I had to take my 3 year old son to get his haircut and had my 8 month old with me, she didn’t mind the baby or the toddler who was full of energy. She talked him through everything making him laugh, not once with any tone of frustration, did not expect him to stay perfectly still, even put on a cartoon when it came to working around his cowlicks. She 100% made his day. Not to mention the haircut itself is amazing for a good price and an experience to match. We will definitely be coming back!

They seem to be understaffed. Maybe just poorly managed...Making an appointment a week away led to a 24hr turnaround for my alignment. Upon drop off and pick up, the representatives seemed stressed out.Trying to be fair, the overall observation is that they bit off more than they can chew.
