I have been a customer of Gagles for over 20 years. From the day we met them & they installed our element, they are always professional, on time, knowledgeable, friendly. After years of service, replacement’s/ repairs are needed as we have had our element over the extended warranty but they work hard to bring the cost to a minimum & also try to keep the element running in a safe way until a part comes in. Of course today 8/11/25 with weather alert (101 in Salem) my A/C went out went out. Called them about a part, the lady who answered got me to the service. She was very helpful and talked to me about parts. it was a capacitor and i was able to pick one up same day! gave good information on taking pictures of the wires before removing to make sure i put them back correctly.
This company is amazing! They went to my parents for a maintenance and were very thorough. They took pictures and even made us aware of some downed ducting but didn't pressure us into doing anything. prices are affordable and they have done a great job with giving us information on our system.
