First visit to SECPS. Receptionist was wecoming, check in was efficient and easy. All my records had been received from my primary. Very short wait till Marcos brought me back for testing. He is very personable, explains all of the tests he is doing. Dr Stice and his assistant Zoe then completed my eye exam, discussed his findings. My wife was with me and he included her in the discussion. He explained the choices to resolve the issues, the procedures, time frame and costs. Zoe gave me a packet with information and explained I would be called to set up the surgical appointment. Dr Stice ordered one more test which Marcos completed. They are all very nice and friendly. However, while in the doc’s office, the tech asst didn’t have all the materials she needed to examine my eyes. Two times she reached for certain instruments for testing my eyes and couldn’t find it. She ended up “making do” some other way for the exam. Bothered me a little; didn’t seem organized.
