I dropped off my son's suit last week Wednesday to have cleaned, and pressed for his first professional dream job interview today. I received a call Friday, the day I was suppose to pick up the suite saying the suite was washed and clean, however, their boiler was down, and unfortunately they will not be able to have the suit pressed and ready as expected. I stopped by to pick up the suite scrambling to see if I could get it pressed somewhere else, however, there was no other place that would be able to have it done before his interview today. I dropped a dress off yesterday (Tuesday)to be steamed for a wedding this weekend and they originally said it would be ready on Friday but they just called and said it was ready today! The over night turn around was unexpected and removed some stress from this mother of the groom!
They saved my wedding dress! It was preserved in a really nice dress bag, in a box on a high shelf in the garage. I think my husband forgot to retape it when he was looking for something this spring, and the neighbors cat got in and turned it into a nest to give birth to 5 kittens in!! It was also, a few weeks before we found out! The kittens were healthy and well, thank goodness, and the dress bag took the brunt of it, but I was still a little worried. The owner of Cleanery however reassured me and was so amazing. They were empathetic, affordable, and impeccable!! I am so grateful. I will solely be going here for any future needs.
