This is a very busy place that can sometimes result in minor issues. The service manager here will do his absolute best to take care of problems came even out of his reach. While doing that in his spare time he will make everyone happy and welcome that I've seen.
I'm normally stressed out and in a rush but took time waiting for him with a smile. I seen this guy taking comfortable chairs to people sitting on concrete and wood benches and having a welcoming conversation.
He seems like a rare find that this world needs more of.
I bought my 2nd used Kia Soul from them. So happy about the 2024 model. A friendly honest staff. So helpful by making this experience easy and less confusing for a 70 year old customer. I greatly appreciate them. 🙂
Had my Kia in for a recall and I received phenomenal service my wait time was less then an hour and while the customer waiting reception area is small there is speciality coffee/teas and refrigerated drinks available for free while you watch tv or use the multiple cellphone charging station located at a side desk with tall stools for sitting I will recommend Buick GMC KIA service to all my friends and family Thanks for phenomenal customer service!!?
