Well I paid a friend to install some railing for me for a rental of mine and they did pressure treated wood and concrete screws I believe and long story short it wasn't durable and it wasn't safe. The friend even returned once to make it better and it still wasn't good. I never asked for my money back, instead I took the loss and found a major gain. That gain was hiring Backyard Construction. The owner took measurements of the steps and the area and put an order in for custom railing. It was attractive and sturdy as can be and my elderly renters are safe now. Darryl and his crew built a beautiful patio in my backyard. I wanted something unique that looked like a cabin with a high pitch roof, big timber and two sides walls. Unlike other contractors Darryl was very amenable to getting input for me during the different phases of construction.

Derril and his team really impressed me. They built a beautiful patio cover and Derril had great ideas to help my vision become a reality. They always showed up on time and cleaned up the job site daily. Plus while I was getting outrageous quotes from other companies his was reasonable and was open to ideas where I could save some money. I could not recommend them more!
