Atomic Disc is an excellent company that excels in customer service. Real people answer phones and go the extra mile to help customers, making a welcome change from AI chat support. The business produces high-quality products, including CDs with superb sound quality. While the card stock used could be heavier, particularly for tri-panel designs, the company is highly recommended for its responsive and helpful communication, excellent service, and great products.
I'm very happy to have discovered Atomic Disc during a recent google search for CD manufacturers. I went through CD Baby the first two times I released CDs, and certainly had good experiences, but plan to stick with Atomic Disc going forward. They give a personal touch to the whole process, offer great communication, are responsive to questions, and seem to genuinely care about producing a good result. Also, I really appreciate that they offer options to manufacture CDs in smaller quantities (25, 50, etc), at very reasonable rates, and with a professional result. Very skilled crew. They knew exactly what I was requesting and delivered beyond all my expectations. I will gladly continue to use this company for all future project. Their price for the work, comparable to other companies, was much better than others as well. They were punctual with completing the project I had for them and every aspect of the work was done with precision and an obvious knowledge that these folks know what they're doing.
I had an excellent experience with Atomic Disc! I forgot to add an image for the disc itself, but to my surprise they added the album cover image for me! That is real service!
