If other supplies are needed not via a doctor, Apria will be the first supplier to contact. However, some customers have noted that the packaging of supplies could be more environmentally friendly. Overall, Apria Healthcare is a reliable choice for patients requiring home respiratory services and medical equipment.
Everyone I have spoke to has been very nice. But receiving my devise has been an ordeal. I am going on about 8 weeks and steal have not received everything I need in order to use my machine.
Apria e-mailed that there would be a delivery, but not what it was! I believe my doctor instructed Apria not to tell me because when my doctor had asked if I wanted a walker I'd said I thought I could manage with just my crutches. My doctor wanted me to have a walker! . So he ordered & sent it! Delivery person was polite, friendly & helpful. If I need other supplies not via my doctor, Apria will be the first suppler I contact..
Kaiser Insurance is our health care and their coordination with Apria is outstanding. We received a walker at the hospital immediately after knee replacement surgery at no charge. The next day a kind representative from Apria called and we were easily able to pay for the walker on line. Thank you Apria. Here’s a picture of my comfort dog, Joey.
