I’ve been seeing Anne for almost two years, after an amazing haircut experience with a Groupon, I decided I wouldn’t need to look further. I love the privacy, Anne’s attention to detail and willingness to work with my wishes. She is competent, professional and personable! I highly recommend her. I had the worst experience with a hairdresser and truly was not treated with respect. Anne delayed responding to my request for an appointment via a voicemail originally. Due to the delay and my vacation plan, we agreed on an 8:00 a.m. appointment. I lived 45 minutes away, got there, and had to track her down with both calls and texts. She never even bothered to call and apologize in person. After waiting for over an hour in the area and getting her “I am not sure what’s up” text, it was apparent she never even intended to honor the appointment booked via text correspondence.
