Rick Simms was wonderful to work with. He got the job done beautifully even though there were some difficulties and subpar conditions. He also had a great attitude and made sure to communicate everything very clearly and thoroughly. There was some miscommunication with the office and I think things could have been handled better before Rick got there but he made up for their lack of competence.
Kean was a pleasure to work with and did a good job as well. When as issue with a split post came up he came bank out and replaced it at no additional cost. Price was a bit steep but no steeper than any other company I contacted for an estimate.
