This review is well overdue. After my tenants destroyed my rental house and failed to report a burst pipe, 3Rs came in and quickly did the mitigation to stop further damage after my tenants were evicted. 3Rs was very patient with me while I navigated the insurance process, never pressuring me for payment. When I finally gave them the go ahead to complete the repairs, they did an awesome job, replacing my kitchen and majority of the downstairs! The crew was great and office staff were over the top helpful. I was not living in area, but Cathe and Jeff both kept me up to date throughout the process. Happy customer and wanted to share. Had a leak in a second story window and needed a repair. Jeff was prompt to schedule a crew and they showed as scheduled, ready to diagnos and recommend the steps to fix. The workers were professional, prompt, skilled and very attentive to the task and quality of finish. The communication was top notch, problem diagnosis, pics for reference, job progress and overall satisfaction. I would highly recommend 3Rs!
