The staff here has always been great. Accommodating when possible and always have smiles on their faces. Even at 5 minutes prior to closing. Love renting from here. It still feels like a small town run business. Honest hard working people trying to help you get done what you need to do.
I have had many good experiences renting from Don's Rental, but sometimes things go wrong. Last weekend, I received a broken jack, then later on the same day I rented a jack-hammer. The chisel that came with the jack-hammer did not fit, it kept sliding out. Each time, a maintenance person at the store confirmed the problem was with the equipment. I did get a call from the manager on my experience. He apologized for the errors. We were able to work out a suitable solution.
Don’s Rental is such a valuable local resource! They have a huge selection of tools and equipment, and everything I’ve rented has been clean, reliable, and ready to go. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help find the right tool for the job (and explain how to use it if needed). Their pricing is fair and the service is quick and easy, which makes every project a lot less stressful. We’re lucky to have a business like this right here in our community!
