She was thorough, quick and I got everything I needed in very little time. Since I adopted my new kitty from Saving Grace, the initial exam was at no cost!! Very very happy with service, ease of doing business and overall helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff there. Great experience! I wasn't treated like just another customer, they cared about my little kitty and I highly recommend this clinic.“
