something a little specific. I called in recently about a semi emergency and thank God that Marquita answered the phone (I’m not sure if that is the right spelling) But she was an absolute angel! Not too much not too little, calmed me down didn’t take my emotions personally, and stayed professional - but yet kind, and just absolute perfection! We should all be so lucky to encounter somebody like that while running business in our day to day lives. I’m sure Dr. O’donnell knows how lucky HE is to have somebody there like Marquita working for him. Thank you so much, Marquita and thank you to everybody at Dr. O’donnell‘s. “I am completely happy with the care we recieved. While the prices ARE high, these prices are standard for urgent and emergency care in my experience. I didn't feel like they just wanted our money, as they were very honest with us about our pet's prognosis and didn't try to push unnecessary and expensive treatments to artificially prolong her life. They were professional and courteous and understanding. We came in at just before 9 on a Monday morning and were seen within minutes.”
