The staff and Dr Emily Armstrong are amazing! Very kind and took time to talk and answer my questions thoroughly. I feel respected and valued as a patient and I highly recommend Dr Armstrong. I’ve been a patient at this office for many years and was under Dr Gregg’s care until he moved up north a few years ago. I am very pleased with Dr Armstrong and the staff’s knowledge and for the information imparted to me for my upcoming cataract surgery.
I must say, after doing the procrastinating Thang. I was so pleased, not just the surgery, but the overall experience with the staff. I mean everyone was so friendly, their has to be something wrong with that. 😄. Even though I have one more eye to do, I'm sure it will be the same scenario. Thank you Lord for giving Emily that talent to do what she does. It gave me a tear in my eye. Nest week, I'll have tears in both eyes. Tears of joy! Thank you all so very much.
Excellent customer care. Dr. Willoughby was professional. Surgery was so comfortable and easy. I opted to get the new lenses they offer that insurance does not cover and I am so happy that I did. 5 STARS... read full review
