New client! Went online and filled out their form, gave them a call about a week later and was easily able to make an appointment for a couple days later. Prompt service and was seen by dr Kubitz. She was thorough, quick and I got everything I needed in very little time. Since I adopted my new kitty from Saving Grace, the initial exam was at no cost!! Very very happy with service, ease of doing business and overall helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff there. Great experience! I wasn't treated like just another customer, they cared about my little kitty and I highly recommend this clinic.

Dr K is wonderful and amazing. The staff are all great also. Been bringing my 4 legged family members here since I moved to Roseburg 6 years ago.
They are all fabulous people here and really care for my babies.

Jax, Louie, and I had a great experience! The office staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Rott was very thorough, patient, and kind. He listened to my concerns and provided exceptional care for Jax and Louie.
