I have a working Malinois, and health and fitness of dogs is a passion of mine, so my expectations for veterinary care are high. I came to Bailey Veterinary Clinic as a new client, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. They were welcoming, and thoroughly respectful of the dogs and the care choices I make for them. They presented options, and then took the time to listen to my feedback. They were thorough. My family and I are from California and came up to visit a family friend. Our first night in Roseburg, my chihuahua ripped his duclaw darn near all the way off. This happened on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning after googling vets in the area, and Bailey's was open and had great reviews. I brought my dog in on a walk in basis and they accepted him with open arms. They were so transparent with their communications - what to expect with the wound my dog had, how they were going to treat the wound, and what to expect.
