After a major car accident, I had severe leg pain and didn’t realize how much it was affecting my life until I started treatment here. Garrett was incredibly kind and provided thoughtful, effective guidance throughout my recovery. The consistent communication and support made a huge difference. Highly recommend OrMobility for physical therapy.
Garrett at OrMobility worked a miracle on my ankle! I came to him with significant pain from a 2-month old ankle sprain that I feared would keep me from running a 20-mile trail race a couple days later. He was able to diagnose what the pain was and how to fix it with both manual therapy and exercises. I left the appointment feeling more confident about being able to safely run, and in less pain. I diligently completed the exercises he gave me, and when the race came, I had zero pain, ran strong and confident, and even placed top ten! I cannot thank Garrett enough. Dr. Garret Stroup has helped me progress from being able to barely to get up off the couch to doing 3x15 squats with 20 lbs. This is after 9-10 sessions over 4-5 months.
Before being seen by Garret, my legs would shake and almost give out when I was brushing my teeth or shaving. I had intense pain in my legs, from my ankles, calves, knees, quads, hamstrings, and especially my hips.
