I have had knee pain since I was 12 years old that only got amplified when I tore 2 ligaments in my knee at 16 but since I’ve been going to OrMobility physical therapy and seeing Garrett my knee pain is pretty much gone. I would highly recommend for athletes or just people trying to get rid of any pain that you thought would never leave.
Garrett Stroup takes PT beyond what I had ever experienced thanks to his education and personal coping with aches and pains. When you describe your problems, he is almost instantly on it with trigger point analysis and prescribed exercises that really work! I highly recommend him for people whose PT post surgery, in my case, hip surgery, corrected imbalances, and stabilization problems. If you think you are on the road to surgery, it would pay to book a visit with Oregon Mobility for assessment, treatments and exercises first.
