Omg! This placed saved my life at prom! So I had attempted dying my hair for the first time, which was a huge mistake. I have really dark brown hair, natural black, wanting to go pastel blue but my bleach job turned out diabolically atrocious. All sorts of uneven patches in several tones, banding and straight up missed spots! Immediately threw on a beanie and floored it to Hair Garage. There I met the most lovely little woman Abby! Who absolutely did wonders for me and the place itself is so clean and designed beautifully. Somehow modern AND rustic, WITH A BAR?!? Anywho, of course theres no way you’re getting a walk in appointment to fix something even close to the disaster I’ve created, but Abby was amazing enough to book me on her next day off for such and emergency. Fairly, she did charge a little more for it being a rushed order, however, desperate times call for desperate measures and I promise Abby makes the experience worth while in itself, just to add on with her ability to correct and match color. After a few plus hours, she absolutely nailed my hair and even dusted the ends to promote healthier growth and I couldn’t have been happier, even had a few days to spare. Having so much fun with Abby and leaving with such a satisfying result, I left spending a little much after tipping, of course, but it is sooooo worth it for being a real professional service that cares for not only the cut, but color, styling AND health. Also in such an astounding setting filled with what seems like fun and real people, I’ve never had such a hair care experience in my life and I WILL be returning from now on. GO TO HAIR GARAGE!!! ASK FOR THE SHORT ONE!

I found Abby at the hair garage and couldn’t be happier. She helped me achieve a new look I have been wanting by giving me some light layers with long, face framing bangs. She spot checked along the way to be sure I was good with the length, which was appreciated. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. The studio itself was very impressive and had a clean, garage-like feel to it. The waiting area is in the center too, which is cool, it really makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Gotta love the convenience of booking online and getting appointment reminders also. Hair Garage has us looking dapper again. My husband actually had an appt the day before mine after attempting to cut his own hair. Charles, if you see this, thank you so much for saving my husband’s hair. He wanted to buzz it as a fix…and I was not having that!

Charles was my barber and was fantastic. Showing a past picture of my hair when it was styled and a short explanation of how my hair likes to behave was all it took.
These pictures were taken today, however my cut was two weeks ago to the day. Wanted to wait a little bit before saying it was a good or bad cut to see how it grew in first and how long it would last. So far it’s growing in great and cut in a way that as it gets longer I can style it differently: higher voluminous pomp, forward flat and dry with the side parted/combed back, parted & less tall combed back for more formal occasions. Also, the edging around my neck, ears, and sideburns were done really well.
All in all i think it took about thirty minutes or less. I was a little suspicious due to the quickness, hence wanting to wait before making a review, but after all it turned out great and allows for a lot variety while still looking good. Would recommend Charles for any man looking to get a better than average cut for a price matching its value. Thanks!

Got a gift card for my birthday and got a cut by April. She was wonderful, everyone was friendly and my cut came out great! This will definitely be my regular hair place. And they do men too and children. And beards for men.

I get my hair cut at Hair Garage twice a month. Charles is my barber, and he does an amazing job. He takes his time, pays close attention to detail, and nails it every time. If you're looking for a great barber, check him out.

I called before going and they told me that I could walk in without an appointment. I drove half an hour to go there and when I arrived they told me that they couldn't cut my hair because they didn't have anyone available for walks in.!!! That's why I called before going! Jeeezzzzz!!! They just wasted my time. Deplorable service! The worst thing about it is that there were other employees there talking hanging out doing nothing and they still told me that they didn't have anyone available.
DONT GO THERE.!

Building is a former bank that's bow a nice salon that's easy to get to. Friendly environment and friendly staff. Cool bar inside. Will definitely return again.
Requested style: A simple cut with very short on the sides and a little longer on top with a simple beard trim.
Stylist: I had Kayla for the stylist, and the cut was done exactly how I had requested. Was really happy with the result. She's the first stylist I've been to in about 15 years that has left me feeling the money was well spent on the cut and trim.
