Well reading one of these posts really scares me now, we have been a long time patient at Bailey's for years It is impossible to get in when you have an emergency, unless! you got to pay an arm and a leg, It's already an arm and a leg My Chihuahua goes to get his pain shot and he needed to have his glands expressed, It's not even a vet that sees him an assistant or whatever they are, comes and takes him back I don't even get to go with him anymore.. He's in so much pain He's running around the house acting crazy he won't eat cuz he doesn't want to go poop he hasn't drank any water either. We have an appointment on the 2nd I called them today to see if I could change and get him in sooner even be a walk-in No she said the technicians are all booked until the 2nd which is his appointment I can try to come in and wait! she couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be long or not. My husband went in once and it was a few hours waiting, besides that they charge you more to wait longer as a walk inπŸ€ͺ I had no idea we were being charged more for that. I'm getting scared and in a panic because I don't know what to do for him to help him. He's a senior dog he's got some health issues he has arthritis hip dysplasia so I guess I'll try to give him a warm sit in bath kind of in the sink I was going to try this place cuz it's low income or I thought it was. We are retired now on a fixed income and have two dogs, we took them on when we were making money in case somebody's going to say why did you have two dogs then. I realize (take them on) does not sound good because I love my two dogs so much very much anybody has any suggestions please help !

They are great, it's always been smooth visits. Dawn is amazing, she is very kind and listens to every question/concern. For sure a good place to take care of your fur babies.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!! They not only have horrible business practices, but dont care at all about the little lives that they touch everyday.
I took a cat there because he broke his foot. I Dropped him off at 8:00am, and was supposed to get an x-ray done at 11:00. At first they told me they needed 50% down to do the x-ray. Which is completely understandable. But then, after they got payment, they called again. They now wanted the rest. They refused to take his x-ray AGAIN. This is now over 5 hours he has been in their care. After some complaining and a conversation with their region supervisor, they proceeded with the care. Fast foreward to the next day, i got a call at 9:00am. They FINALLY got the x-ray done. They proceed to tell me that it is so broke, they dont think a splint will work. They are recommending amputation. So, like a good cat daddy, i tell them that i want a Fax of the X-ray sent to countryside veterinary clinic(my prefered vet) for a second opinion.
A little over an hour later, i get another call, this time they told me the doctor looked at the X-rays again and now thinks its a clean break, and all he needs is a splint, some rest, and pain meds.
Just Why... Please tell me why anybody would anybody would rather take my cats leg, than just doing the bare minimum of putting him in a cast and send him home with medication. I repeat. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE

The clinic offered a free dental exam in estimation for my dog's broken tooth and gum disease issues. Getting a free estimate was unexpected and very much appreciated.

    Really Really bad business practices.
I thought Baileys was not that good.
On hold 20 minutes. left messages never called back.
Three times I've tried to call on hold and never answer.
They say you can ask for a call back, never called on this either.
Broke appointment never said a word until I show up.
Our boy is now two months past his yearly. All due to their delays. Why is it so hard to operate a business.
MHO they have no business operating as they are.
I am embarrassed for them, Id love to see a Non-Profit and tried so hard to give them business. Places like this will leave feedback on Google saying call them, or they are sorry for the experience. Id love to talk with you, too bad clients can sue you when you break appointments with no notice.

I got my kitten delilah spayed and the service was really good I think best in town when I would try to call other places I was on hold for sooo so long but this place was the only one I could get fast service. The workers where very nice. A tip for people that are also getting your cats fixed bring/ buy your own carrier cone and kitten onsie (which you can make diy with a premature human onsie) thats all I will say. But other then that soo amazing delilah is doing so good and I can tell she felt comfortable.
