I have been going for two years. I was told when I started I needed work done. I was in no hurry. Yesterday I went in for a regular cleaning. My technician was not there out on leave. Got a traveling technician. She was 15 minutes late starting . I went back to her section. She messed around doing what don't know. She stated she could not clean my teeth. She said I had to do the deep cleaning first. I said fine start it. She went to make sure my insurance was up to date but it was not. They would pay for cleaning but not the deep cleaning. Todays dental assistant for inserting my dental implant crown (Vicky) was conscientious and precise about the fit. She tweaked and adjusted until things were just right and to my satisfaction. I have seen consistency of conscious care during my last several visits. All in all I'm pleased with Smiles dental.

Very good people. Everyone from the time you walk in someone is there to help you. I had a very hard tooth extracted and they tried so hard to make it as easy me as they could. Very thoughtful and explained everything very well.
