I don't hate it I was just a little upset when i had an emergency with my cat on a Sunday and wasn't able to get a hold of anyone who could get him in. Can't remember if his office had a answering service or just a recorded message. I made alot of calls that morning. It was basically the same thing with other veterinarians in the area, I was either denied because my cat wasn't a patient or I was told to call back after a certain time which didn't do a lot of good. I was able and willing to pay the ridiculous price they charge for after hours and emergency visits but was never given the chance to go in. Very frustrating.

I'm a long time of customer at this clinic over 21 years... All the Vet's, as well as staff here are extremely caring, well trained, and truly look out for the best interest for regarding our Furkids. Dr. Alan Ross, Dr. Christy Cutting, Dr. Suzi Hartman, and Dr. Meghan Weekly are all amazing. I trust our furkids with whomever they see. Staff is always seeking further education, and offer advice whenever needed. If you have any problems they're willing to listen, and work with anyone for a solution. One of the most important things I look for in any clinic...whether human or furkids is how the employee's are treated...how long they've worked at... read full review

We are new to Roseburg and have had many pets , we have dealt with a whole lot of vets , beware dealing with this place as they overcharged us and refused to correct it , WE DID , thus the review they so clearly earned, we would treat our dog ourself before taking him to this gouging buisness , oh rude staff too ! good luck if you make this your vet .
