I recently saw Kimberlynn Dittemore, OD at Costco vision center. I found that her personality was cold or impersonal. While in the exam room she had a mask on while she spoke to me and I had a bit of a challenge understanding what she said so she spoke louder. It would have been considerate to me if she lowered it so I could understand her better. Also, when the eye exam was done, she moved her rolling chair far from me and finished explaining the possible options for my eye needs. She had a mask on, if she really believed that they make a difference, she wouldn't have needed to get so far as if to prevent her from possibly contracting a disease from me. When she had suggested I see a specialist out of town, she seemed to not like that I'd call around to get information about other possible eye doctors. Finally, the office used a machine that checks the retina in the eye and it really was exceptionally bright for me. I've never been exposed to such intense brightness and it was extremely uncomfortable. Not planning on going back.

Dr. Kitchens is wonderful! Our whole family goes to see her. Dr. Kitchens is professional, knowledgeable,compassionate and was outstanding with our 18 month old baby when he got a piece of dirt embedded in his eye. Her office has state of the art equipment and friendly staff. I can't recommend Dr. Kitchens enough!

Dr. Kitchens and her staff are amazing. Our family of four have been patients here for many years. We have always been impressed by their professionalism, kindness, and concern for their customers. We highly recommend Dr. Kitchens and would never hesitate to trust her care!
