We arrived at 2:40pm for a 3:20pm appointment. However I had to leave after still not having my daughter seen by 4:10pm so I could make it back to work without getting into trouble for missing a critical meeting. I hope that our insurance doesn't ding us as a no show when definitely were present.
The office was beautiful and tidy. I wish we would have been able to be seen at our appointment time.

If I didn't need a new eye exam done so bad I would have left and rescheduled. I have 1:40pm apt, over 35 minute wait for appointment, there was 3 people in the waiting room and one being seen one person left without seeing the doc. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the lady up front that helps with the beginning of the exam offered and made me the best coffee I've had all year!

Recently had some issues with another provider in town. We called the office to see if they were accepting new patients, when I tell you that they were 100% helpful with everything I mean it. From the minute they have said Hello, nothing but awesome customer service from them. The even have been helpful accommodating our situations and explaining things that the other office just told us to figure out. I am so happy to have moved all of our family over to this office, and we haven't even seen them yet!!
