    My son has had two dentist appointments in the last 2 days. Both providers, Dr Randol and Dr Barnett were so kind to him and made him feel super comfortable. We always have great experiences.

    So I'm sitting in the dentist chair. She is feeling around in I let her seeknow she is hurting me. First thing she say is you want a new provider. . she had awful bed side manor . Just super rude made me feel super uncomfortable

    Takes a while to get service and there isn’t a lot of help, but I would say it is a better option than a lot of the healthcare facilities. It also depends on the insurance you have.

    They are repeatedly dismissive, while using the same inaccurate information of my most urgent or chronic needs. They denied an important MH appointment they set for me, I was supposed to have this morning at 9:15 AM, Aug. 26, 2025. They continue calling me to deny the support I need from them to help maintain my basic needs, health, and occupation. They reported me to my insurance provider for being upset with their lack of support. Why don't they report themselves for their errors, try to listen, or make the needed corrections. They are working for themselves, not listening, and not recording my chronic health issues. Zero stars or minus stars.

    Coming from evergreen ...aviva is the best. Always right there to answer questions or guide you to the right place. I also take my kiddos here and truly amazing.

    dustin myers has caused damaged to my son. So as soon as I was sent you aviva I was stern and I wasn't playing.
    Come to find out we aren't the only the ones who suffered from his racist medical book!!

    So to have a team and a game plan means the world.
    I have lupus and fibromyalgia along with ptsd. They are right there to help.
    Eugene from billing section helped me. Never been treated with respect or heard the first time..they got on top of it.

    This is my story. It can be different for many. The Dr's aren't afraid to get a second opinion and that's kick ass!!!!!!!

    Can't rely on this place to run efficiently. They are always closed when you need them because of staffing issues. So if you need your prescriptions or anything... any type of emergency... just go somewhere else before you decide on this place. It's unreliable. I would rate it a zero star if I could.

    Don't expect timely medical service here. I made an appointment in October to see someone in December. They scheduled me for Christmas Eve and when I asked if they were going to be there because of the holiday they said they would be seeing patients and that it would be fine. The day before my appointment I got a call that they had to reschedule due to the holiday. Their next opening wasn't until February and they cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before I was supposed to be there and I can't see a Dr who won't cancel last minute til April. Edit: my appointment was cancelled again. This is unacceptable

    To start off with the dentist was great very gentle and helped ease my fear.. but 6 days later in pain they weren't open so went to hospital they gave me antibiotics and said make sure to see your dentist so they could help me better.so I called first thing because mouth throbbing and have sores on gums the lady who answered said no to appointment because it's normal to have throbbing pain and sores .so there great when and if you get to see them but you will get no after care

    I have a 35 year old son with cerebral palsy, he is confined to a wheelchair, and requires oxygen when sleeping, he's had 4 sleep studies done since October 2023 and here we are 10 months later and due to lack of communication between lincare medical and his doctor he still hasn't received the care that he needs, I took him in for another appt. Last week, and they said because I was 10 mins. Late they couldn't see him. I tried to explain that because he's in a power chair I have to rely on a medical ride which they were running late. What's messed up is they expect him to wait almost a year for oxygen, but they couldn't wait 10 mins. To see him. I've been dealing with doctors his whole life and I have to say this is the worst clinic. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who has any long term medical issues.
