This place is killing me man.......... I have a broken tooth all the way down to the nerve right in the lower front so I cant bite anything even breathing and the air whipping over it stings so bad and another tooth broken in the back (thanks to my last dentist cutting into it for a partial) and it cuts my cheek waited like 2 months after my visit to get fillings.... now that someone didn't show up to work today (1-11-24) they pushed me out until July! 5 more months! for a total of 7 months after my initial appointment... orgel doesn't do anything and neither does ibuprofen or Tylenol plus I don't wanna take those every day. Just wanted my fillings... tired of being in pain for over a year :(

*Harvard Location Only*Staff is super friendly, and takes the time to care for and about you as a patient. I was recomended to them by a friend, and I can honestly say... it was a good recommendation that I am happy with.

Don't ignore or overlook the negative reviews for this place. Arrived for my appointment today to be told that the doctor I scheduled an appointment with wasn't there, and their 'temp' doc didn't take private insurance. I had scheduled everything a month ago. A week prior, I spent over 30 minutes filling out all the new patient paperwork online. They had all of my contact and insurance information, and yet they thought it was acceptable to not inform me that my appointment couldn't be fulfilled today. It was a total waste of time and money having to travel to their office for nothing. I felt very little empathy from the employee at the front desk. She seemed more inconvenienced by our presence than anything.So yeah. Don't schedule with them unless you enjoy headaches.

Avoid this place like the plague.My wife has been waiting months to get into any dentist. She painstakingly filled out an acre of paperwork, had scheduled an appointment over a month in advance, and when we arrived the receptionist just said "your doctor isn't here".He wasn't in this office, just a temp who didn't take any private insurance. No calls from them, no notices, they knew exactly what insurance my wife had for weeks and they expected it to be completely fine for us to either reschedule or pay full price.

Great care, great customer service. Very clean environment. Very professional from the front desk to the doctors in the back. They did a great job in all areas. Loved it.

The absolute best experience I have had in the area. Both times I have been, have been nothing less than absolutely pleasant. They made today's visit all around comfortable and kept the mood light. I will definitely be taking my kiddo here as well.

I like Advantage Dental. Sadly, the one in Roseburg seems to have problems with having a consistent dentist. I had to reschedule because my insurance was not accepted by the doctor on call that day. When I was finally seen, the work was wonderful & the staff was a pleasure.

Friendly, efficient reception.I was taken in to the exam room right away and a wonderful woman took a full mouth x ray.Dr. Sam came in right away and greeted me with a handshake.The exam wasa) thoroughb) informativeAndc) reassuringI heartily recommend this dental care provider!
