“I’ve only been a handful of times but I will definitely make Triumph part of my routine! Joe is great, I feel so d*** because usually I have no idea what he’s talking about, ? but he breaks it down for me & pays a ton of attention to form. I’ve injured myself in group classes before due to the leader not watching everyone’s form so this is a big deal to me. The people in the classes are wonderful and it’s because of the atmosphere of cheering everyone on.“
