Brian has done work for us before. We recently bought a plug-in hybrid and I wanted to be sure our wiring could handle it. I looked up the requirements in the owners manual and asked him what he thought. He took a look at our system and determined it met those requirements and would work fine. Question answered in 1 day and he didn’t charge us for it. He is a real straight shooter.

We woke up to a buzzing sound coming from around our dishwasher on the day of my husband’s surgery. Frantically, I called Brian at Von Haus Electric and he trouble shot with me over the phone but we couldn't figure it out. He immediatly headed over to our home because of our time constraints. He looked in a drawer and found that a wireless frother had been turned on in the drawer causing the buzz. We laughed and he didn't charge us anything. I will absolutely call him again if I need anything electrical. Brian went above and beyond. Truly a valued service that is so hard to find these days!
