Jared was the driver. Very professional with empathy & over-the-top customer service.I had taken my primary vehicle, a pickup, to the mechanic in Redmond. They were not able get the part so I had to use a back-upvehicle. It wouldn't start (called AAA)Jared arrived & started the car. It was a bad battery. Even tho I had gas in the car I had gotten 4 gallons in a gas can & I also had a backup battery. Jared put the gas in the car & also checked to see if the battery was good (I knew he wasn't able to install it even if it was good & he didnt have any batteries with him as they were on backorder ). He makes Trac Towing & AAA proud
Jeff was an amazing tow truck driver. He had a tow truck big enough to tow my van and 3 passengers in the cab with him. The truck was new and clean. He was very friendly and professional. Although it was a tough situation needing to be towed 150 miles and 3 of us needing a lift, he made the experience the best it could be.
