Not only did the price go up, but the service went down they don’t use scrub brushes anymore before you enter the car wash ..there was only one guy spraying one side and another guy accepting tips? and why is the car care products closed? You can’t even buy a towel or freshener or whatever else they have in there ?

My car is never really clean, even after the most expensive wash. A soft brush was previously used to help remove dirt and grime from hard to reach places before going through. Apparently, corporate or management is no longer allowing that, which means my vehicle (and probably everyone's) looks like a 4 year has done the cleaning. The vacuums are great though!

Worst carwash (if you can call it a wash) My car was left absolutely filthy with brush marks all down the side! I went back around to try to get another wash and they said a brush was broken....but didn't warn ahead of paying. One of the attendants then got an attitude with me when I expressed concerns. They did offer me a free wash but did not give me any voucher simply wrote my name on a post it that they kept...odd.Horrible customer service....you literally had one job.
