Kelly Jo Ball (Kelly's Nail Garden) that works from this studio is SO INCREDIBLY INFORMATIVE about the whole process of manis and pedis! I have never had an experience like the one I had with her yesterday - or ever had anyone take the time with me like she did. She patiently explained the reason for each product and process, showed me the actual product packaging, taking care to take the best possible route to getting my damaged nails and calloused feet back to health. She sent me home with a care package, I didn't have to buy a "kit" from her, and all at a VERY reasonable price. Kelly Jo is all about taking the time needed for each individual and her goal is to make people feel beautiful and good about themselves! If you're looking to be herded thru a salon with fast procedures this isn't the place for you. Enjoy your treatments and allow a little extra time for your first appointment with Kelly Jo.
