Where do I start… The end product is substandard at best. Not the greatest grade of finishes, workmanship, etc. that I can live with and improve upon it over time. What really irritates me is that a couple weeks ago I was driving on the main road by my house and I saw a very large advertisement for them and they had used a picture of my exact home without my permission on an advertisement on a very busy road and they didn't even have 3% of a functioning brain enough to Photoshop out my address numbers. Great builder team to work with! Even after the build was complete, and the original transaction closed the Simplicity/Hayden team jumped in to help a veteran customer move forward with their home purchase. They went over and above on this one. A particular gratitude is owed to Ben Jones and Aubrey Oslund. It takes special people to more than what’s expected of them, especially when no one is looking!
I am currently working with simplicity on my 2nd home build with Sina the home advisor and Adam the project manager and I couldn’t be more happier with them. From sales to construction has been a top notch experience saving me time and money. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to build or invest .The savings and quality experience makes it stress free and worth it.
