I had Jazmine clean my home a number of times. The last appointment she made with me she was a NO show, and no text or call either. Finally, it wasn't until the next day when she finally texted me and said she had to make some life changes, and she would no longer be able to clean for me. There's no excuse for not contacting you at the time you are to be there for an appointment. It's just bad business. The appointment before that she came a day earlier and expected to still clean instead of coming on the day of the appointment. Since I'm in a wheelchair, I'm unable to get into the main bathroom. I had contacted Jazmine at Serene Cleaning for an estimate for a move out clean, she responded immediately and was very professional. When we did the free estimate and walk through, She was extremely detailed on everything she would do and was exact on her estimate. She even showed up a few minutes early which impressed me because I had previously contacted other cleaning companies in the area and they were either an hour late or didn’t show up with no call! She did such an Immaculate job (which I must say I got my full deposit returned which has never happened to me before!) that I hired her to clean my new house regularly. I definitely recommend Jazmine with Serene Cleaning! 10/10

I highly recommend Jazmine. I had her do a move out clean for my condo. I saw her reviews and immediately asked her to clean my home. The job she did was impeccable. Super professional and the job she did was amazing. The place is as clean as the day we moved in. She even gave me all my bored games from a cabinet I forgot to check. I will recommend her to anyone I hear might need her service. 5 stars all the way.
